Czech Trade Inspection Authority — primary consumer protection body with jurisdiction over vehicle defects. SUBMIT COMPLAINT ONLINE: coi.gov.cz/podatelna/ (faster than email/post). ČOI also operates as an ADR body (free, 90-day resolution target): coi.gov.cz/mimosoudni-reseni-spotrebitelskych-sporu-adr/. Process: (1) Formally complain to the seller (reklamace) and wait up to 30 days. (2) If unsatisfied, file with ČOI. Czech law guarantee rights: 2 years on new vehicles (12-month presumption of pre-existing defect for first year).
