Uber Eats DE uses Adyen for card processing. Your bank can initiate a SEPA chargeback for direct debit or card issuer dispute for Visa/Mastercard.

The primary out-of-court dispute body for car sales and repairs in Germany. Covers disputes about vehicle purchases, warranty failures, and repair quality with ZDK-member dealers. Process: (1) Submit complaint online at kfz-schiedsstellen.de. (2) Schiedsstelle is determined by dealer's location. (3) Pre-proceedings attempt amicable resolution. (4) If unresolved, formal commission decision within ~3 months. ~90% of cases resolved in pre-proceedings. Non-binding suggestion — either party can reject and proceed to court. Free for consumers. Most authorised Škoda dealers are ZDK members.

Jens Hadler (diesel development lead) sentenced to 4.5 years; others received sentences of 1–2.5 years. GERMAN CONSUMER SETTLEMENT: Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband (vzbv) Musterfeststellungsklage settled 2020 — ~240,000 consumers, ~€770 million paid. THIS CASE IS CLOSED. EA288 ONGOING: In December 2024, Škoda recalled 3,583 Fabia/Roomster vehicles (recall code 23R6) for an emissions defeat device. The KBA also registered a voluntary service measure for ~344,000 Octavia/Superb vehicles (2015–2018).
