Most Uber Eats India payments go via UPI. Raise a dispute directly in your UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm) using the transaction reference number.
Škoda Finance in India is arranged through banking partners including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank. For finance disputes, contact the specific bank and escalate to RBI Banking Ombudsman if unresolved.

National Consumer Helpline — call 1800-11-4000 / 14404 (toll-free) or file at consumerhelpline.gov.in. First-level conciliation — forwards complaints to Škoda and facilitates resolution. If unresolved: escalate to eDaakhil (edaakhil.nic.in) for consumer court filing. NEW UNIFIED PLATFORM: e-jagriti.gov.in (new integrated consumer justice portal). NOTABLE CASE: Chennai Consumer Court directed Škoda India and dealer to refund ₹16.73 lakh plus compensation to Kushaq SUV owner (35-day-old vehicle with multiple defects).
File under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Free for claims under ₹50 lakh. Vehicle defect cases have high success rates in Indian consumer courts — Škoda India has been ordered to compensate owners by multiple District Commissions. File online at edaakhil.nic.in.
