Every Spanish municipality has a free consumer advice office. Visit your local OMIC to file a formal complaint — automotive businesses must respond to government consumer agencies. Find your local OMIC at consumo.gob.es.
The Bank of Spain's complaints service handles disputes involving payment service providers regulated in Spain.
Free binding consumer arbitration in Spain. Portal: justoparaeso.consumo.gob.es. Ministry info: dsca.gob.es → Sistema Arbitral de Consumo. Process: File Solicitud de Arbitraje with local Junta Arbitral de Consumo or online. If business is already registered, arbitration begins. If not, company has 15 days to opt in. Binding ruling. The 2-year legal guarantee applies: seller must repair/replace/refund for defects within 2 years.
